Paul Goske
President, Co-Founder
Paul has been involved in sales management within the credit and collections industry since 1999 and brings this experience to the relationships with our client base and business partners. In his former company, Paul built and managed a national team of sales professionals responsible for technology solution sales to the industry’s largest buyers and sellers of debt, including some of the nation’s largest financial institutions. In addition, Paul and his team members have brokered the sale of billions of dollars of charged-off receivables for major issuers of credit and industry-leading resellers. Prior to joining the industry, Paul spent 10 years with International Business Machines (NYSE:IBM) in various sales management roles working with Fortune 100 clients on their technology needs. His formal education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in addition to an MBA in Finance and Economics from The Weatherhead School of Management at CWRU.
Thom Majka
Director, Business Development
Thom brings nearly 30 years of experience to his role at DebtNext Solutions. He has held multiple managerial level positions within the industry, most recently managing large collection operations for Receivable Management Services, a former Dun & Bradstreet partner company. Thom’s vast wealth of experience allows him and his team to offer a great deal of know-how to our clients in areas such as agency management strategies, technology solutions, and audits of third party agencies and law firms. His education background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado.
Rob Novosel
Chief Technology Officer, Co-Founder
Rob has overall management responsibility for the development and support of all of the DebtNext Solutions applications. His team works closely with the project managers and business development teams to ensure our applications continue to grow with our clients. He has been one of the technology leaders in the industry since 1999, with responsibility for areas such as web site development, product development, network security and overall technology strategy. Rob and his team have been delivering technology solutions to many of the largest companies in the industry and have become vital components of our clients technology and business process strategies. Rob previously worked for KeyBank (NYSE: KEY), where he served as a Project Leader and Application Developer for Key Technology Services. His formal education includes Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
John Halpin
Chief Operations Officer
As the COO of DebtNext Solutions, John is responsible for managing the financial, operational, as well as project management areas of the business. His prior experience brings a great deal of experience in leading projects ranging from field audits to total systems integrations. He has been involved with the credit and collections industry since 2000 in the role of operations manager and project manager for multiple client engagements. John’s career prior to DebtNext includes organizations such as Alltel and Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) in positions with responsibility for significant understanding and orientation to the end-user side of business systems. His education background includes and Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
